My primary concern is finding someone who'll allow me autonomy. Particularly the ability to work and choose my quota partners, though I'd of course help with yours if you can forgive a bit of inexperience.

I’m doing fine on quota and definitely wouldn’t require that of anyone I’m contracted with. I can help you out with yours or if it’s fun we can get together, but I’m easy.
If you want to work of course you can pick wherever that is, I’d provide some level of financial support as a backup if nothing else. I don’t have living space to offer at the moment but we can finish a bedroom, as long as Rhys likes you well enough. He’s one of my subs, it’s sort of his house.
But going to know each other would be good, you want to come over or meet up somewhere?
